When the link is clicked, a window opens on your desktop and on the visitor's desktop. Any number of typewritten messages can be exchanged.

Of course staff members may participate, so many or all of your team can be on line and available whenever they are at their computers.

Messages can also be exchanged among staff members using "private rooms."
